All sessions, communication, or guidance given by trainers or instructors is voluntary and meant for general fitness purposes only.

HealthyHold does not guarantee:

• Body transformation
• Weight loss or gain
• Muscle gain
• Inch loss
• Mental or physical changes
• Any specific fitness outcomes

Results are entirely dependent on user consistency, personal health conditions, environmental factors, lifestyle and dedication. HealthyHold is not responsible for expected or unexpected outcomes.

Trainers, yoga instructors and Zumba tutors are not medical professionals and cannot diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. Any fitness activity is undertaken at your own risk.

All tutor-related issues, complaints, or concerns must be addressed only to HealthyHold. Trainers or instructors are not legally responsible for resolving disputes. HealthyHold will review, manage and assist in resolving concerns on a best-effort basis.

Users agree that HealthyHold and its trainers or instructors are not liable for:

• Physical injuries
• Discomfort or pain during workouts
• Misinterpretation of instructions
• Poor workout form
• Unsafe home workout environment
• Any damages from following fitness or diet suggestions

Users should consult a medical professional before beginning any new diet or exercise routine.
